DIRECTIONS
Pump out a teaspoon amount onto wet hands and work into a lather. Wash face two to three times a day.

Thanks for your review Megan! Yes, we avoid SLS or soaps in our washes because they dry out skin. The amino acids in our cleansers actually develop into a nice foam if you rub the cleanser between your hands before washing your face.
