How do I accumulate TSP points?

Earn 100 points for every $1.00 spent.  For example, if you spend $110, you will receive 11000 points + 100 BONUS points. Only valid for online TSP E-Shop. 

You can also accumulate points by submitting a product review. Review our products online and receive 5000 points per review. Maximum of 15000 points per year for TSP Review Points.

Its my birthday - How do I enjoy my birthday benefits?

To receive a birthday coupon, register online as a TSP Member and provide us with your birthdate. You will need to opt-in to our TSP newsletter to enjoy the birthday benefits. 

On your birthday, your birthday coupon will be sent to your registered email address. Birthday coupon code is only applicable for ONE time use as per the validity of the coupon and coupon is not transferable.

How can I do a computerised skin analysis?

Our computerised skin analysis can only be done at Wheelock Place. Please call +65 6734 3256 , to book an appointment for our one to one skin analysis. Our friendly staff will be happy to accommodate you. 

Alternatively, you can also send us an email at to let us know your availability and we will help you book a slot for your skin analysis. 

I would like to customise my product - How do I do this?
  1. You can pick your skincare to customise, and add to cart to your products of choice. 
  2. Pick an ingredient to add-on to your skincare. 
  3. Check-out and your customised skincare order will be prepared for you.

Alternatively, you can head down to our retail outlet, our skincare specialist will be happy to provide you with a consultation and recommend add-on ingredients tailored to your skin type.

Are your products cruelty free?

All our products and ingredients are not animal tested. Both our suppliers and our company follow the European Union standards which ban animal testing.

Is there a delivery free?

Free delivery is available for orders $50 and above within Singapore. For orders under $50, we charge $10 for local delivery.

Can I opt for store-pick up at Wheelock Place?

Yes! You can also choose free pickup at our TSP Serious About Skin Wheelock Place outlet. After placing your order and selecting store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 12pm to 8pm daily. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

When will I receive my order?
For orders made on our website, delivery will be within 3 – 5 working days from the time your order is placed. This excludes weekends and public holidays. 
An email will be sent to you if there is an order delay. 
I have submitted incomplete delivery address on my order, what should I do?

Is there international shipping?
Yes! We do ship overseas however, the shipping fees will be paid by the customer.
Shipping fee would approximately cost between $50 – $100 depending on the weight and quantity of the item.
