Q. What makes this cleanser different from other cream cleansers?

A: It uses amino acid-based cleansing agents, which are far gentler on the skin than traditional sulfates or harsh surfactants. It’s also enriched with 8 essential amino acids and Natural Moisturising Factors (NMFs) to support long-term hydration and barrier repair.

Q. What is Organic Propanediol, and why is it in the formula?

A: Organic Propanediol is a plant-based humectant derived from corn. It helps attract and retain moisture in the skin, enhancing hydration while also improving the texture and spreadability of the cleanser.

Q. Is this cleanser fragrance-free?

A: Yes. It contains no artificial fragrances or essential oils, helping reduce the risk of irritation for sensitive skin.

Q. Can I use this cleanser if I’m using retinol, AHAs, or other active ingredients?

A: Yes. This cleanser is non-stripping and skin barrier-friendly, making it a perfect match for active skincare routines. It helps rebalance and hydrate the skin without interfering with active ingredients like retinol, vitamin C, or exfoliating acids.
