A New Chapter for The Skin Pharmacy

After many wonderful years at TSP Serious About Skin at Wheelock Place, we will be closing our last physical store at the end of February, with our last day in-store on 27 February 2026. While this marks the end of our retail presence, it is not the end of The Skin Pharmacy. Instead, it is a meaningful transition as we move fully online and continue our journey in a new way.

Our Story Behind The Skin Pharmacy

Founded in 2009, The Skin Pharmacy began with a simple belief that skincare should be personal, responsible, and guided by knowledge. No two skins are the same, and every recommendation should be tailored to individual skin types, concerns, and lifestyles. Listening came before suggesting, and understanding always came before selling. From the very beginning, our brand concept was rooted in care, knowledge, and trust. We wanted to create something different, to customise skincare solutions for each individual skin type and concern, much like how a pharmacy cares for skin health. Our approach was never about quick fixes, we focused on understanding skin first and supporting its long-term health, offering honest recommendations with our knowledge as pharmacists.

Over the years, this philosophy brought us to many familiar places, including City Square Mall, NEX, Parkway Parade, JEM, Wheelock Place, Isetan, TANGS at VivoCity, and John Little at Tampines Mall, and more. These stores were more than retail spaces as it allowed us to connect with our customers through meaningful conversations, building trust, and giving honest advice and thoughtful care. We were able to answer many questions that were asked, and concerns that were shared.

Our products have always reflected who we are as a pharmacy brand. Simple, effective, and gentle, they are carefully formulated with a pharmacy mindset and a clear purpose to help support all types of skin concerns, every day. We focus on the ingredients we use to make effective formulations. As we believe that skincare should feel reassuring, uncomplicated, and something you can truly trust.
