Terms & Conditions for Promotions

  • Valid at Wheelock Place and online TSP E-Shop while stocks last
  • Not applicable with other promotions, discounts or birthday month discounts
  • Membership points cannot be earned or redeemed with this promotion
  • Gift Voucher can be redeemed online or in-store
  • Gift Voucher can only be redeemed once per customer
  • Promotion is valid from 14 February 2025 to 16 February 2025.
  • The $10 or $20 vouchers cannot be with the other promotion items
  • Gift vouchers will expire in 3 months from the date of purchase
  • The Management of TSP Retail Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time.

  • Pre-ordering of sale items will begine from 14th April 9am and ends on 17th April 9am
  • No pre-ordering of items are allowed on the day of sale itself
  • Pre-ordered items that are not collected on the day(s) of sale will be placed back on the shelf and be charged at retail price
  • Members may choose to pick up pre-ordered items in store and may also make payment in store
  • We do not accept payment in advance for stocks that are not readily available and collected of items at a later date
  • If a customisation is required, payment needs to be collected first and a copy of a customisation form needs to be attached to the receipt
  • Promotional sets, customised items, and already discounted items are excluded from the TSP Members’ Sale discount
  • Birthday Month discount will not be redeemable during this sale
  • You will not be able to redeem points during the sale period
  • You will not be able to earn points during the sale period
  • Items in the goodie bag are not exchangeable for other products under any circumstances (i.e.: no swapping of goodie bags)
  • Items in the goodie bags are exchangeable for cash or vouchers
  • Goodie bags redemption will only be available for in-store (Wheelock place) purchases only and subjected to the first 25 shoppers who spend a minimum of $250
  • Members who pre-order or place order online will not be entitled to a goodie bag
  • $40 off bonus voucher is applicable only with min. spend $500 and above in a SINGLE receipt
  • Voucher valid for use from 18/4/2025 to 31/7/2025 only
  • Limited to one voucher per customer only
